An 18 wheeler accident has occurred at I-10 and the West Loop at 12:15 today. This big rig truck was hauling a long piece of concrete and for some reason crashed on the on-ramp.The semitruck’s cab and one of its trailers launched over and immediately the highway was covered with the truck’s load.
