An 18 Wheeler Accident on Sunday has caused 1-10 to remain closed due to the nature of the chemical spilled. Outside of Beaumont, in a little town of Hamshire, residents of a nearby subdivision were evacuated to a Red Cross Shelter, because the 18 wheeler was carrying isobutene, a very flammable as well as corrosive chemical.
